Email and Phone Support


EdTech Support provides technical support for instructors and main campus instructional staff. Expert on-demand support is available Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm via phone, email, and Zoom. Typical email and voicemail response time is 2 business days, though it may be longer during the first and last two weeks of each quarter.

Are you interested in scheduling an in-person or virtual appointment with one of our edtech specialists? You can do so via our convenient virtual appointment booking service. Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice to arrange an in-person appointment
