Who We Are
Educational Technology Services (ETS), a division of Academic Technology Services, is directed by Dan Suchy and comprises a broad range of experts working together to support teaching and learning at UC San Diego.
ETS provides administration, training, and support for a suite of integrated instructional technology tools, including the campus learning management system, computing and software resources, classroom technology, and creation of online courses. ETS also includes the Media Teaching Lab, dedicated to providing students with outstanding media production facilities, equipment, and technical assistance.
EdTech Support
Call or email EdTech Support for help with Canvas, Zoom, or related instructional technology tools. The team is managed by Katherine Collins, and made up of the following team members:

EdTech Analysis
As the sole member of the EdTech Analysis team, Miguel Rodriguez works closely with members of the broader ETS team as well as faculty to bring instructors the tools they need for instruction.
Multimedia Services
The Multimedia Services team helps faculty create engaging course content flipped for hybrid, flipped, and fully online courses. The team is managed by Robin Martin, and made up of the following team members:

Academic Technology Innovation
The Academic Technology Innovation team, part of Academic Technology Services, performs system integration and development for several instructional tools. These include the Data Science and Machine Learning Platform, AWS Educate, Lecture Capture, and Canvas. The team is managed by Paul Jamason and includes the following full-time staff (along with several student employees):

The Media Teaching Lab
The Media Teaching Lab offers students a wide variety of equipment available for use in photography, video, film, and audio production as well as studio and post-production facilities. The team is managed by Robin Martin and made up of the following team members:
